Excellent customer service
Ordered an ottoman bed from this company. Bed delivery was delayed but they called up to arrange a alternate time - overall customer service was excellent and the quality of the goods was excellent and good value for money.

Avoid at all costs
Tried sending a package with them - 2 of them were received broken and over a week later than they said they would deliver. 3rd package also had items broken so they called me for authorization to destroy it.
Please avoid at all costs. Their delivery quotes may be cheap - but they really mishandle your packages and will destroy them. Also, their insurance does not cover most items you would normally send by courier.
Halfords
Avoid at all costs
Took my car for a service at halfords merton- they charged about 400 quid for service, brake pads and other things - in the course of replacing the fluids, they ruined the electrics (bonnet indicators, car alarm). When I asked them to fix it, they refused to take any responsibility for it. "Anything to do with the computers - you need to go to Volkswagen directly".
The mechanics also clearly knew they had managed to ruin something as they were trying to tell me that "this is fine, this is the way its meant to work" as I born yesterday.
Shockingly bad - avoid at all costs.
