I have been trying for weeks to get ahold of the company, by email and phone. There has been no response. The money for the purchase was immediately withdrawn from my account on 02/21/2012. I have yet to receive my product, a tracking number, or an excuse why I haven't received it. I have contacted the BBB to file a complaint. The absolute worst customer service from a company I have ever received.
