Ordered on the 17th of april and opted for "home delivery" (got it delivered to work) as the bhs near me didn't have a store delivery option on the website.
I was given a estimated delivery of friday 25th which I was fine with but too my pleasant surprise my item arrived on the saturday the 19th not bad really only a 24hr turn around.
First time ordering and very pleased.
Only ever had one issue with amazon and that was royal mail who delivered a book and crammed it in to post box which completely ruined it but after contacting amazon they sent another one out straight away and i sent the other one back, free of charge.

I placed an order with Isme on the 16th October and my items were due to be delivered on the 4th 5th and 11th of November. I received a text message in the evening to tell me delivery wasn't going to be for another four weeks ( 4th 5th & 10th December) I contacted isme and the response was generic and unhelpful, i got the sorry for any inconvenience caused and it its not delivered by the 10th then they would look in to it.
I have received two further text messages telling me that there have been further delays on my items so now i have no idea when delivery is going to happen as they haven't told me the new proposed delivery date.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY - UNRELIABLE

phoned shop direct who look after isme and a few other companies as I questioned the BNPL (Buy now pay later) and was told that this started at the date of order even though they cant guarantee to deliver my item before xmas. The girl on the phone kept quoting terms and conditions at me and was extremely unhelpful, refused to escalate the problem and didn't care if i cancelled my order.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I placed an order with the company without doing a background check which i obviously regret! I paid for next day delivery and lo and behold I didnt recieve my item. I was tracking it online and it just said despatched. I found out from forums that the only way to get this company to talk to you is through there facebook page, which i did. I was told that my item was lost in the post! its not possible for it to get "lost in the post" if its with a courier! I then received it 4 days after placing the order. When I received my item I was suspicious that it was a fake as the smell and packaging was different to ones that I had bought previously. I contacted the company requesting that my account be credited with the £3.95 delivery charge yet i never heard a thing. I think this company is absolutely disgusting and should shut down if it cant give basic customer service!
