Poor packaging

I ordered a garden recliner for my Mum for mother's day, it arrived only packed in a thin clear plastic bag. The legs had broken through the plastic and were not even protected with paper or bubble wrap. There were a few scratches which I have been able to hide. I would have been far more impressed if the chair had been packed properly.
