Bad customer service

Ordered 3 sets of Dumbells, 2 arrived on Friday, called to find out where the 3rd was and was told would be delivered on Monday. It didn't arrive on Monday, called Tuesday and after lots off attempts finally got through and i was told they would look into it, i called back a few hours later and when eventually got through again, and asked what was happening the phone went dead. I called again and again and occassionally when he answered and i asked what was going on he hung up on me, alltogether he hung up on me 5 times. Totally unacceptable
