The service in the showroom was good, helpful and informative. From there it was rubbish! I was promised my oven would take three days to come into stock. Only when I rang to chase it was I told it would be another week. I was not offered the chance of cancellation and only found out when I chased it. When it finally came in I did not get a call despite asking for one. I got a cruddy email. It got worse when trying to arrange delivery with surly service on the phone and no call back, no call before either just an email the morning of delivery to tell me it could be bwteen 9 and 12. They could have told me that on the Phone! After sales service needs to improve 100%
