Customer Care fails to answer phone Shock!

I was given a r/c helicopter for my birthday purchased on line from gadget Box. Great product which I have managed to break within a week!
I have just rung the number on the invoice 4 times. The company prophesies to the title Scream. That's what their telephone system made me want to do.
I don't know if they have all knocked off early but there was no-one answering at all and no chance to leave a message.
All I want to do is know if my heli is repairable.
Poor, in fact, non existent service.

I received an answer phone message from you on Friday 27th April at 10:07am. Once I'd recieved an email telling me I had an answerphone message from you I listened to the message and rang you straight back. We sorted your credit note and you seemed fine.
