Great find!

Where is my refund?
I ordered a bathroom cabinet on 6th January (money was taken for this instantly) and delivery was promised within 10 working days. No item arrived and after numerous phonecalls and filling in of their online query form it transpired that they had not even despatched the item and then said it would cost over £100 to deliver to Northern Ireland!! I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund - I'm still waiting. It is impossible to actually speak to anyone at the organisation and no-one ever replies to the online query forms. I have now passed the issue to my credit card company.
