Poor customer service
If anything goes wrong with your order, there's no one to call; emails or instant messaging only, and very stubborn, poor attitude individuals appear to return any communications. Very poor idea of customer service when it comes to refunding items.
I will never use this company again. Avoid at all costs, there are MUCH better companies online that have real humans you can speak to, for purchasing AND Refunds, and a much better approach to customer service.

excellent Service, fast, prompt, excellent communications and, unlike other well known online only cycle stores based in hampshire, it has a telephone number you can call to speak to a real person!
