My last review deleted by Ultimate Appliance who dont want the truth to be seen.

Dont believe there delivery time when ordering, its just to get your money. I was told 4 days, I ordered three appliances, two delivered after three weeks the fourth in the fourth week. My American freezer was left at the front door by delivery man who refused any assistance to carry it into my home, leaving me and my wife to struggle.
All promised return delivery update calls were ignored. Should you cancel your order, watch out for their 30 day money back delay.
Think more than twice about ordering from Ultimate Appliances. Cheaper appliances for sure...service unbelievable bad. The few pounds you save is not worth the hassle. I dread to think what there after sales is like. Have been put off buying online ever again.
