Sent my 72p order by recorded delivery
All I wanted was some accessory cord and they provided free postage on all orders. I expected an envelope with a second class stamp. The postman assured me they spent more on the postage than the item was worth. I would imagine that if they put this much effort into looking after their other customers' orders, they are a very good company indeed.

I even got a text and email to let me know when it was with Royal Mail and when Royal Mail had posted it through my letter box!
