Kommunikationen over mail fik jeg fornuftig respons tid på spørgsmål , lidt off i svaret, men endeligt til min fordel. ;)
Hurtig handel. Bestilte dækket en sen fredag eftermiddag, hvilket var min egen fejl fordi det resulterede i at jeg først fik svar mandag ang. bestillingen. Fik i min ordre at vide at jeg ville modtage dækket en uge senere, men modtog allerede dækket om torsdagen 3 dage efter bestillingen.
Sidst men ikke mindst fik jeg mit dæk til en røverpris i forhold til hvad de vil have for dem hos alle andre forhandlere.
Jeg vender helt sikkert tilbage.
After being notified 31/3 2013 about my package had been processed I received them april 13th. While on mail received the 31/3 2013 I was told that I'd receive them within 4-7 days I had to wait 13 days.
So I contacted wiggle and was now given another time frame of when I could expect to receive my package. just so unprofessional!
But as I also did not receive it within their other mentioned time frame I was then given all types of excuses to how and why I havent received my package yet.
In comparison I have been ordering stuff from UK pleanty of times, even from health and medical companies in which I had received my products from 2 days to 5 days. And those kind of product I could've understand if the danish toll service would have taken time to process in contrary to the claims of what wiggle told me to expect from ordering a simple pair of shoes.
And on top of all this, When I then was in contact with wiggles customer service, I ofcourse expressed my dissatisfaction, not swearing in a personal way at all, and I was then by the service consultant being ordered on how to and how not to express my self.
A whole other thing was, I before the correspondence with the wiggle service was blocked on their spam filter so I had trouble getting in contact with them and had to contact them through my wifes email.
And last but not least after being in contact with their customer service telling them I didn't wan't the shoes, one cunsultant told me they could report the package missing after 15 days while another told me 25 days. Again, very unprofessional.
The only reason I give wiggle two stars is because I got the shoes in the size I ordered and for a bit cheaper price.
But when that is said; is I really worth saving 15-20 GBP for so much headache!?, I think not, which is also why I think one should think twice when ordering from wiggle if you is living outside the UK.

Den eneste grund til at de kun får 4 stjerner var fordi at skoene som var kawasaki kom i en reebok skoæske, hvilket jeg fandt underligt. Hvilket jo i og for sig kunne have givet problemer hvis de skulle retur pga. jeg ved ikke hvad.
Bestilte først nogle produkter hvor jeg efter betaling af bestillingen bemærkede at jeg jeg havde bestilt forkert antal samt havde glemt at inkludere et produkt. Anmodede om annullering af ordre, og fik bekræftet en annullering kort tid efter. Bestilte så den korrekte mængde produkter som stod på min hoveddør dagen efter bekræftelse af bestillingen.
Prikken over i'et viste sig da jeg bad om at de skrev en mail til banken om at annullere pengene der lå reserveret for den første ordre så de kunne falde tilbage på min konto. Det skete promte og sammenspillet mellem med24 konsulenter og bank gik effektivt og som smurt.
