As a keen gardener I keep returning to the website as a good source of information on plants and gardening in general. I have bought from them a few times. Good prices, healthy plants, but suprisingly from Crocus company which is a very good one.
The very first time buyer = very bad experience. Item delivered one month later but that was due to flooding on my side at the beginning. I asked the seller to hold onto the item for 2 weeks. Afterwards it took him two weeks to deliver it. Upon arrival the item was badly damaged due to poor packaging plus it was a wrong one. I asked the seller for a refund to which he agreed but never sent. I decided to go to the resolution center. As a PayPal guest user I was forwarded to PayPal but cannot do anything as I did not received any required ID transaction. I am left shorter with money and with an useless piece of heavy junk.

The goods arrived in acceptable state. The item was too small so I wanted to exchange it, however, there was no return slip nor any indication on how and where to return it. I sent an email to their website for an advice but no reply came since then. As my 14-days period of returning was shortening quickly I feel being ignored intentionally.
