I always resented Ryanair and felt dirty if I used them. However I have recently come to realise that my frequent internal UK flights are massively cheaper than the train and although I feel like an animal being herded so what? I can pick up a return flight for £30 so how coulc I complain?
I use Expedia all the time and they are always a great website to deal with! Great recommendations, never had an issue when it comes to checking in (unlike Lastminute.com where I once got to the check in desk and they'd no idea who I was).
Whilst there are times they infuriate the hell out of me, the last two times I spoke to an advisor I had great customer care!
I was really impressed with installation help i received. I had an issue with error 1935, I got an email which was a bit too technical to understand, when I replied to Allan, he offered to call me as it would be easier. On a Saturday morning at 8am it was not expected, so thankyou software4students, great customer care is hard to come across these days so will definately tell everone in my sons school about you guys!
I always had a very high opinion of moonpig until recently. I appear to have a delay sometimes and the cards don't arrive the next day like they used to. At Christmas there was a HUGE delay of 10 days and it wasn't the postal servic as I had posted cards myself directly which got there in 3 days.
I always receive great customer care and the products I frequently order always arrive on time! Great service guys!
