Extremely ard to get through to real person. Ad when you finally do, you inevitably get put through to someone else. If you can avoid using but ten you should. If you have to use bt then allow at least an hour to sort out a problem if you have any.
Their Business Broadband however, is very good.
It's their customer service/support that seriously lacks unless you have one of thee £300+ per year service contracts, then they are all over it!!!!
