Ordered a rollator Friday, arrived Tuesday with fixings missing. Rang straightaway. Repeatedly told something was being done and promises of call-backs. Not once was I called back by the company. Escalated to Customer Services manager. A catalogue of different stories from various members of staff about when I would receive fixings. Have not received them today Friday...live in hope they may arrive tomorrow?
This company is good when they have something in stock but they seriously need to address their customer services issues. I shall be using a different supplier in future.
