Prompt delivery etc... just very frustrating that size ordered was misleading on their site. I'm a 10-12 so was hardly going to order a size advertised as 14-16 which would have just about fit!!
Called and only complaint is that they were extremely robotic in their response. No effort made to leave a positive impression and I ended the call more wound up than when I dialled.
Argos/Homebase are another company who think their products and prices mean customers are dispensible. I had two products delivered to me over their mix up, they cost over £180 each and they charged me for both and couldn't issue a refund for 4weeks. To top it off, the people I delt with via phone and email were SO rude and unsympathetic. I had a young baby at the time so money was EXTREMELY tight. Had to borrow some to tide me over. They didn't even send the 2nd product out so didn't treat it as a return. Just terrible.
New look clothes/prices are great, however after ordering online with them I will never shop there again. They charged me for a product that was out of stock and tried to fob me off with a gift card rather than put it back on Paypal. I phoned them in a perfectly reasonable manor and the customner service guy was cold from the start. Completely unreasonable. My husband who works in retail took over half an hour to get his supervisor on the phone-who was equally as brash. She wanted to talk to me but spoke over me the whole time and fed me lies about government laws! Disputed with Paypal, New look didn't reply, I ended up with the whole amount back when I only asked for a few pounds! You'd think especially with the economy as it is they'd try harder to keep as many customers as possible.
