Like many others I have encountered difficulties when entering my delivery address details, which was very irritating. If Boots could restructure that area of their online shop it would make the entire experience more enjoyable.
Despite that, there is a wide range of products and a number of good deals to be found online. My goods were shipped and delivered quicker than I had imagined and at your Boots account you can track the package.
My order arrived in prestine condition and I was delighted with how much I was able to purchase for so little.
If you do not want to pay extra for delivery you can also choose a Boots store to collect your goods from which I thought to be a considerate second option.
I was a tad suspicious of this online company at first glance and my worries were not calmed when the website encountered problems whilst I was confirming payment for my order.
However, I have happily been proved wrong. Their customer relations are great, you get what you paid for and in the time stated. I would recommend this company to anyone as it has a vast range of products at fantastic prices.
Lured in by bargain prices and promises of next day delivery.
The details of my farcical transaction with Camerabox are boundless. They took money from my account after they cancelled my order. Their packages are impossible to trace. Their couriers do not leave a note if you are not in. They delibaretly kept me misinformed. Their Customer Services helpline is simpley another money eating machine, used to stall and sidetrack customers, manned by incredibley rude "representatives".
They do not care about their customers. They want them to be confused so that they can take advantage of the situation. They used a different courier service to the one stated on their webpage (they do not directly inform you of the courier service you are paying for, nor a tracking number) and gave them an incorrect address. This was for a redelivery.
I have been putting up with this nonsense for weeks, I still do not have the camera I ordered and have paid for in full. I do not know if it will be in working condition if I ever do receive it, and they may never refund their customers as I have learnt from this site.
They are under suspicion of fraud. They already have my bank details, do not give them yours.

I also asked for the managers name which was ***." I have been emailing "***" and when I spoke with "***" today and asked him where their company was based (Oxfordshire apparently) he criticized me for asking irrelevant questions. I'm giving them till Friday, then I would be quite happy to unite with and any other dissatisfied customers to help you and the rest of us get our money back.
