Horrendous customer service! Don't buy from them!

The worst shop ever, they do not have the stock, take your money and then they are full of excuses, takes hours to get through to customer services and when you do get through to speak to someone they fob you off or put you on hold for 20 minutes and then cut you off. I will be putting a complaint into trading standards as they took money off me for an order I still haven't got 28 days later!
