Judge someone on how they handle their mistakes, not the mistakes themselves

Had a problem which they weren't initially able to resolve to my satisfaction, but having been escalated to a manager I am now a happy bunny again and would definitely use them again as a result.

could have been a 5-star review despite the problem, had it been resolved quicker and without having to make a fuss, but as it stands I am happy to give a 4-star rating.

It appears that your company name was used in the delivery address when placing your order, and the couriers (knowing your company name) have simply delivered to your workshop address rather than your home.

In this instance, we could have informed the courier and they would have gone back to your workshop and redelivered to your home.

We apologise if this has caused you any inconvenience, and we will contact you shortly to apologise in person.

Excellent service & excellent price

Items were cheapest I could find and delivered next day. Not sure what else you could ask for! Will definitely use again :-)

Efficient and well priced service, will definitely use again

Dead easy, had pictures of the exact product so I knew it was the right item. Cheap and fast - not sure what more you could ask for?


Let me down at the 11th hour

I booked a 9-seater minibus through these jokers, only to get let down at the 11th hour (5pm the day before we were due to travel!).

Will never even consider using a cheap car hire firm again. The big companies may be more expensive, but at least you know you're going to get the vehicle you need when you land at the airport.


Whoever created this market needs locking up

I realise Ryanair are cheap. I realise there are options to pay more and have a decent service and decent flight. My problem here is not only that Ryanair are a disgrace to all businesses, but that they have created an entire commercial approach which is becoming more and more prevalent in other industries too. "you pay peanuts, you get treated like a monkey" should not even be an option. Companies should work out how much they need to charge in order to offer the very basic levels of customer care and sell their products at that price or higher.

I resent being hassled every 5 minutes on the plane - trying to sell me various tat that is of no interest to me. I resent the "every man for himself" approach to boarding. I resent the crazy charges for doing things that have been perfectly acceptable for 50 years of aviation (taking a suitacase on hoilday for example).


Cancelled or delayed flights, no compensation, poor show

I usually prefer BMIBaby to the other budget airlines, but having had 3 flights cancelled or delayed in the last 12 months with the same excuse (technical faults) I sent a letter of complaint which was rejected outright. I am now cynical that they just cancel flights if they're not fully booked and bump everyone onto the next available flight.

I don't judge anyone based on their mistakes or problems, but I do judge companies based on how they deal with them. In my opinion BMIBaby have failed to meet even a very basic level of customer care.


Excellent knowledge, very flexible

Not the cheapest way to arrange our honeymoon, but they made the whole process so simple that i'm really glad we decided to use them. We used their wedding list feature and it worked out perfectly for us. The girl we dealt with (Nicky) was extremely knowledgable and helped us to customise our trip. We've used them twice now for round the world trips and as the sort of person who would normally book things independently to save money and increase flexibility, I really wouldn't bother doing it myself again.

Long-time repeat customer, not broke, not fixing it!

Have ordered several times from Printerland and always amazed at the speed of delivery and quality of service. Other online shops need to take note!
