Had a problem which they weren't initially able to resolve to my satisfaction, but having been escalated to a manager I am now a happy bunny again and would definitely use them again as a result.
could have been a 5-star review despite the problem, had it been resolved quicker and without having to make a fuss, but as it stands I am happy to give a 4-star rating.
Dead easy, had pictures of the exact product so I knew it was the right item. Cheap and fast - not sure what more you could ask for?
I booked a 9-seater minibus through these jokers, only to get let down at the 11th hour (5pm the day before we were due to travel!).
Will never even consider using a cheap car hire firm again. The big companies may be more expensive, but at least you know you're going to get the vehicle you need when you land at the airport.
I realise Ryanair are cheap. I realise there are options to pay more and have a decent service and decent flight. My problem here is not only that Ryanair are a disgrace to all businesses, but that they have created an entire commercial approach which is becoming more and more prevalent in other industries too. "you pay peanuts, you get treated like a monkey" should not even be an option. Companies should work out how much they need to charge in order to offer the very basic levels of customer care and sell their products at that price or higher.
I resent being hassled every 5 minutes on the plane - trying to sell me various tat that is of no interest to me. I resent the "every man for himself" approach to boarding. I resent the crazy charges for doing things that have been perfectly acceptable for 50 years of aviation (taking a suitacase on hoilday for example).
I usually prefer BMIBaby to the other budget airlines, but having had 3 flights cancelled or delayed in the last 12 months with the same excuse (technical faults) I sent a letter of complaint which was rejected outright. I am now cynical that they just cancel flights if they're not fully booked and bump everyone onto the next available flight.
I don't judge anyone based on their mistakes or problems, but I do judge companies based on how they deal with them. In my opinion BMIBaby have failed to meet even a very basic level of customer care.
Not the cheapest way to arrange our honeymoon, but they made the whole process so simple that i'm really glad we decided to use them. We used their wedding list feature and it worked out perfectly for us. The girl we dealt with (Nicky) was extremely knowledgable and helped us to customise our trip. We've used them twice now for round the world trips and as the sort of person who would normally book things independently to save money and increase flexibility, I really wouldn't bother doing it myself again.
Have ordered several times from Printerland and always amazed at the speed of delivery and quality of service. Other online shops need to take note!
