I'm sure they are breaking the law
Went in there to do my weekly shop today including some cigarettes. The cigarette counter is all covered up so I asked what the prices were. They refused to tell me. Ok so what's cheapest between brand "A" and brand "B". Once again they refused to tell me so from now I I will be shopping at a more helpful supermarket where I can compare the prices, and that includes my food shopping

Very poor
This is the 1st time I have used them, I won't use them ever again. I ordered last Friday, My parcel was despatched last Monday. Now they can't tell me where it is or even give me a tracking number from the Royal Mail so that I can investigate myself. I've used Amazon, Play.com and HMV before, they normally deliver within 3 to 4 days and at least they let me know when there is a delay which I can accept. On the plus side, Amy in the call centre was very polite even though she couldn't help me...
