Canceled order 4 days after confirming

Ordered a HD needed ASAP, they confirmed order and charged Credit Card, however took 4 days to write me an email claiming it's out of stock. Just checked their website, it's still listed as available, so this is going to happen to someone else as well. Get you act together.
