POOR QUALITY, SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought a super king bed from Dreams and boiught an extended 10 year guarantee but within a very short time the mattress had dipped so badly that there was a ridge which resembled the Penine Way down the middle. After an assessors visit we were told it hadn't dipped enough to be a fault. How dipped does it have to be? After numerous phone calls and visits to the shop we have given up (probalbly what they were hoping for) and bought a another bed from Bensons and what a difference in quality, we should have gone there in the first place.
BE WARNED DO NOT BE SEDUCED BY THE ADVERTISING AS I WAS YOU WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY REGRET IT.
