Ribble Cycles
Great prices and prompt service
Having ordered goods from ribble 3 times in as many weeks I can reccomend them to anyone, all items were delivered within 3 days of ordering, the packaging was excellent, prices were at least 15% cheaper than any where else, a couple of items were 60% cheaper. Having used other online companies in the past and been let down will only be using Ribble Cycles in the future.

Waste of money
Ordered 6 items from Tredz cycles, after a week and a day sent an E-mail asking when items would be dispatched, received E-mail back stating the goods would be dispatched the following morning (coincidence?).
Goods duly arrived 4 items only. Selle-Italia saddle and Campagnolo Athena (black) brake calipers not sent, at least they haven't charged me for them!
On opening the packaging noticed the seal on the Campagnolo Record front mech was open, so someone at Tredz bikes has obviously had a look at it, probably to check it was a band on front mech even though I ordered a BRAZE ON.
The campagnolo Centaur carbon chain set I ordered was priced at £304.99 it is still priced at £304.99 on the website, i've just checked (22:59 pm 9th March 2012) so why have they charged me £309.00?
So to sum up I've been overcharged on 1 item by £4.00, 2 items that they have decided that I am not worthy of owning, and a front mech that is of no use to me whatsoever.
Contacted them by E-mail at 10:13 am Friday 9th March and they couldn't even be bothered to reply back to me. Hell will freeze over before I use this company again, you would think that with a recession like we are in at the moment companies would be working harder than ever to ensure that they don't alienate the customers.
