I ordered flowers from Serenata for my sister in London, who just had a baby. I was in a rush so didn't really check any reviews of their service, but later on saw the reviews and prepared my self for the worst. But the flowers i ordered was delivered the next day as stated and was told by her that the flowers are beautiful and was very good quality. I am very happy with the service and a bit surprised about the vey negative reviews.
