Not really very "direct" home shopping - delivery dates wrong and poor communications

I ordered a Cheers box set on 17/12/2012, got a delivery date of 20/12/2012. Phoned up on 19/12 as no dispatch status had been shown. Was told someone would be in touch, and there was still a chance it would arrive on the 20/12/2012. Looked again on my account this morning (20/12/2012), and the delivery date has been moved to 15/01/2013. I phoned them up, and was told it's a delay at the supplier.

So you can't trust the delivery date, they never actually had it in stock, and they never bothered to phone me back to tell me that the Christmas present that I'd ordered wasn't going to arrive in time by some distance.

(Very) annoyed and will never use them again.

Online Bathrooms

Defective goods and appalling customer service - a losing combination

Like the other reviewer, I spent about £800 buying from this company. A short time later, one of the parts started to deteriorate. When I contacted the company, they were completely disinterested in helping to resolve the problem, to the extent that I am now on the path towards the small claims court. They have never returned a phone call or even apologised. From my experience, my advice would be to avoid.
