Placed order on 24/02/12, product shown as in stock, still waiting.
Had one response 5/3/12 to a number of contacts, with a lame excuse, stating waiting for new stock.
I don't believe their Order Tracking option actually works and their online complaint/contact us option does not provide the buyer with any record of your contacts
Sent the following to them today 10/03/12
"Please refund my money, after reading some of the online reviews of your company i don't trust you to ever complete this order.
I will be sending a letter of complaint to Trading standards."
