No problems with finding what I wanted at good prices and the service was efficient. One small annoyance is that standard delivery is via Royal Mail and needs signing for. Fine if you're in or a neighbour is around but a pain if you've got to collect. In fairness that's not DBD's fault.
Really poor website allowed me to create a policy for one day, the day I accepted the quote. Surely it would be possible to build a rule that prompts an 'are you sure' message for unusual trip durations. My other issue is that I wanted scuba diving cover but nowhere in the online information detailing the cover could I find exactly what I am covered for. If it is there it is really well hidden.
I await with interest if they'll amend my one day policy without charge when I phone them when they re-open on Monday.
