I placed an order for a sliding door track on Friday afternoon and received it on Monday morning, all went well from start to finish

,i have ordered only 4 mr16 led lamps at a cost of £35,cutting a long story short 2 did not work,i have tried to get replacements or refund,customer service does not exist,loads of e mails calls to no avail,i have spent £6 returning items getting nowhere.At this moment in time i feel so upset with it all,i am a time served electrician of 45 years and they suggested that my transformer was faulty not the lamps,so anyone considering using this firm seriously think twice,and if anyone in authority in this company reads this please feel free to contact me.

nice to deal with
i ordered 2x bushboard worktops from floor choice,ordering was fine,delivery was well organised and delivery driver was very helpful,only criticism would be that i had to ring to check something out with the delivery and i had to ring again with no reply,but all in all no problems.

sometimes when you do a search you are led to websites that do not exist or out of date,does anyone review this

i ordered this item online and was told it was in stock,i waited nearly a week and called to ask what was happening,i was given dates that the item was due in,as a result i cancelled and would not use this firm again
