Very poor and dishonest customer service

After purchasing some products from beautybay, I received my order only to find that they were unable to ship one item due to postal regulations. This didn't stop beautybay charging for the item. When queried about a refund for the item, I was told that I hadn't been charged despite the fact that both my credit card statement and their own website showed that I had. Numerous emails later and still there is no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM BEAUTYBAY!
