The process of creating my invitations was very easy. However when i received the printed invitations i was a little disappointed in the print quality. The image looked pixelated. If the image quality wasn't good enough this should have been flagged up during the design process as it is on other sites.
Receive a text stating my delivery date i request to change it to the following day which is accepted. Receive a text on morning of delivery with a link to track my parcel & see my hour time slot. The link didn't show me this but said it would be delivered between 7am-8pm. I wait at home all day & check the tracking link again towards the end of the timeframe to discover my delivery date has been changed to the following day without being informed. Wasting a day for a package that didn't seem it was ever really going to be delivered on that day has made me extremely angry. Particularly as i won't be about much on my 'new delivery date'!
