I should have checked before, but it arrived!

I've purchased the naked2 palette and primer potion from them with the free delivery: first is not specified the time for the delivery with the free shipping (normally for EU countries is 3-5 working days - I live in Finland), and second they haven't send me the tracking code within the order confirmation, so now I cannot see where my package actually is.
I wrote 2 emails to have the tracking code and check the status of my order, but no answer, just an automatic email which states that due to the huge amount of mail, I have to wait for an answer.
I ordered the 2nd March and the item was dispatched the same day, so 6 working days are passed but, as I read the other review, I think I will have to wait 20 days and then complain....
I bought from all over the world, even from China and America and they were very professional with delivery and costumer service!!!

Update: it arrived today 12 March, with a perfect package, anyway the costumer service didn't reply... at least I'm happy that the palette is finally here ^^
