I have lost 4 parcels with Parcel2go in one month.Two of the parcels just missing and another two were delivered,but some contents missing. As courier they have used YODEL. Two of my parcel gone missing whilst in possession of Yodel. I have bought 4 alloys from Ebay and got delivered only 3.The whole parcel was cut opened with knife or something sharp. Second parcel I have sent to customer-2 alloys.He received only one. And Surprise!!!! Parcel was cut opened with knife, one alloy missing. Both parcels were going through Yodel Lougborough, UK depot. Yodel refused to comment as i have paid to Parcel2go. And Parcel2go just not respond. Have contacted police with all details for investigation, as i personally think that someone from Loughborough depot just bloody steeling!!!!!!
Using Parce2go "Live chat" is absolutely useless to track my parcels. All That I get from them is " wait till ur parcel is delivered" or " we are trying to find ur parcel". Also am trying to claim for refund for their "excellent delivery service"- waist of time! no respond at all.
Is anyone can advise me on what to do???? PLEASE!!!!!
I bought a Bosch fridge/freezer from this company and I must say these guys are good!
Kept me updated regarding my order,delivery and service by call or text.
