Sent to wrong address

I had ordered the goods and specified the shipping address to be my work location, as it is seldom anyoneis in at home to receive packages.
However the goods were sent to my home address.
This then involved traipsing in Preston City Centre to collect the parcel, which was very inconvenient.
Should i order othe ritems in future please ensure they are despatch to the specified shipping address.
