Failed to deliver twice

Company is a shambles. Ordered a cupboard on a Weds afternoon which should have been delivered on the Friday. Item was not picked which was annoying as I had took the day off to get the item delivered to my youth groups HQ. When I rang service desk was told it would be delivered Monday.
Monday is now here and the tracking system still says awaiting shipping
rang Service desk again and was told still not been sent out
I then cancelled order! Will not ever use them again and certainly won't recommend them to anyone
