I’m sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with Wellworking. As you are aware, we delivered next day to the delivery address that you supplied but were not at, and then were unable to get hold of you on either the phone number or email address that you provided (our emails to that address bounced back). For your own peace of mind & security we refunded your card immediately and cancelled the order. I hope that you have received your full refund, am glad that you were able to find the same chair elsewhere, and once again our apologies for being unable to deliver.
