Don't Use Them

I took my Iphone into the store on saturday for a price as I was wanted a change. They offered £277 store credit which was ok as i was wanting a phone they had in store. They said i needed to come back in an hour an a half by the time they tested my phone and they were also unlocking the new phone i was getting. I went back only to be told they'd tested my phone but hadn't unlocked the new one. i think they forgot as he made some excuse about the system being down and it needed to be sent away to be done but then another guy said he could unlock it the next day as the shopping was closing. i said i'd have to come back monday now. they said they'd keep hold of my iphone but i said no as this meant i'd be without a phone and i wasn't leaving it with them without getting the new phone from them. anyway i went back in today to sort it out only to be told my phone was no longer classed as a grade b and was a grade c as it had no headphones with it, even though it had no headphones on saturday so nothing had changed but they offered me a lot less. which is rubbish as the phone is in mint condition. i think this is disgusting as if they'd have sorted in on saturday when they were supposed to there would have been no problem with the price. my phone had no scratches as its always been kept in a case. he'd even printed off a label to sell mine for £380. so this is clearly a tactic they use to try and get as much as they can for your phone and pay you as little as possible. needless to say i left the shop and told them to forget it. I won't be going into this shop again.
