Our goal is to provide a consistently excellent level of service and we're disappointed if we ever don't manage this. Having examined this order, we can see that we did drop the ball in this case and we regret to have let this customer down. We are sorry to have made one of your customer’s so unhappy with us and have since spoken with the customer who we are pleased to say wants to give us another chance.

Unfortunately sometimes things to do wrong but at Hifi-Tower we will always endeavour to put things right and never at any point would want a customer to feel at fault, especially in this case since the product arrived damaged. We have since contacted the customer and addressed the issues with his order and he is happy to re-order the speakers with us.

We are always looking to improve our service and moving forward we intend to provide this customer and all Hifi-Tower customers with an excellent shopping experience each and every time!
