Good quality, excellent service
I first bought a ProCook product back in August when I got one of their cast iron casserole dishes and the granite pestle and mortar, both of which were welcome additions to my kitchen at home. In the past I've always bought into the belief that the more expensive brand was the better option, but have now been proven wrong on every count.
For Christmas I was bought two of the X50 Professional Series knives - again having always gone for the expensive 'G' named brand in the past, but am now converted to these. The knives are sharp, well balanced and easy to use. After a quick rinse after taking them out of the packaging I put them to work and was stunned by just how easy they are to use, how nicely they slice and dice, and how well built they are as products.
Combine this with the quick service when I ordered another two, the packaging they arrived in and the communication regarding my order, and I have to say I am now a ProCook convert. I've recommended their products to friends who are professional chefs, to the college I work in as a potential company to look to when restocking the catering department, and to family members looking to update their kitchen.
In summary, you won't be disappointed if you go for these guys, good value, great products, excellent service.
Trophy Store
Seamless transaction from start to finish.
I used Trophy Store to get a trophy and some medals for a cookery competition I am running at school. Looking around, they were the most competitive price wise and their range of products stood out compared to most online stores.
I ordered everything I needed for the competition (1 Trophy and 5 Medals) on the Thursday of one week, and by the following Wednesday had all of the products which I had ordered.
All of the items were well packaged, well made and exactly as they were shown on the website. The prices were reasonable and in all, I can't pick a single fault with the transaction.
I'll definitely be using Trophy Store again in the future for any products which I need and would happily recommend them to anyone.
