Disappointed to be charged £1 per booking when using a debit card.There are no charges involved and next year I shall take my business elsewhere

not very impressed

The cost of engraving is a con as a gap counts as a letter and despite ringing to order a particular type of centre they still sent the wrong ones.Some of the replacement centres didnt have sticky pads on.An email of complaint was ignored.On the plus side the trophies were nice for the money but I would be reluctant to use again
