As good as always
We have over the years ordered several printers from Printerland and they have always been what we wanted and always arrived the next day. They are excellent at calling and saying we have an offer on this or have you considered this where appropriate.
In addition they are excellent on their supply of toners etc both in speed of delivery and price.

Good but could be better
While the process was reasonable there was a long unexplained delay between order and coffee being despatched. There was no indication of why and only when I chased did I get any response.
Perhaps a system of making sure if order not despatched e-mail sent or even more basic making sure all orders go right through system
