After a long and painfully frustrating 6 months of waiting,writing e mails , online reviews, letters, phone calls and contact with trading standards I have finally got what I wanted from DAVROnline !! A refund (for my phantom steel toe capped boots) that has successfully gone into my bank account.
But please sort your company out George, you are have provided an exceptionally poor service.
