Great prices and good service
I've used this site a couple of times after a recommendation from multiple colleagues. I've bought several laptops from here and always had a positive experience.
Never had to use customer service so no comments re. that.

Price, service and delivery good, print quality is just OK
Prices, service and delivery times on photos and photobooks is good but I'm always a little disappointed with the quality of the prints. Some are too dark, some are too soft, some are just badly printed!
I don't complain too much since i usually bulk print and get photos for 4p/5p each so a handfull of bad or unusable photos is never a major problem - I just have them reprinted.
Deals on 2for1 or free postage, etc are always good as is the massive online storage.
I've recently moved away from photobox for "special" photos such as enlargements or photos to be used in frames since i feel I can get better quality elsewhere.
Customer service is excellent. The few times I have needed to complain or have just forgotten to apply a discount code, the people at the other end of the phone are very helpful and receptive. Absolutely no complaints there!

Good service, range of products and prices
I've used this site for many years and it's always the first port of call when purchasing laptops, systems or peripherals for personal or business use.
I'm always amazed at how fast items are delivered and am always happy with the price/quality of products.
I've returned a couple of things (for Non-Dabs related reasons) and do not remember being unhappy about the service or process.
I've recommended this site to family and friends and everyone has had a positive experience.
One of the best online retailers I've used.

Excellent site, great range of products at competitive prices
I've been using Scan for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. Good range of products at good prices. Expert assistance if needed and generally a good service.

Outstanding site - great prices, great service, great products!
I've used this site many many times and have always had a good experience. I've purchased camera equipment, memory cards, usb sticks, gadgets, etc, etc and have always found the prices to be some of the best if not the best on the internet.
Delivery takes around "7days" but this is expected and they could not be any clearer on advertising this (i.e. calling themselves 7dayshop). Some of the larger more expensive items have next day delivery which is nice.
Wide range of photographic, memory and computer products mixed in with random gadgets (i.e. LavNav).
I've never had any issues with any products and I have ordered 100's over the years so cannot comment of aftersales or returns service.
In summary, this is one of my favourite online retailers and I couldn't recommend it more.
