Disgrace

With the job that I do, I have to deal with many gas and electric utility companies and 1st Utility are by far the most unreliable, rude, unhelpful and useless company I have ever dealt with.

It is almost impossible to be put through to the correct department as they are always 'experiencing a high volume of calls' (probably people complaining) and I am told to put the handset down. The person I spoke to also sounded like she had no interest in what I needed.

I would never recommend anyone to use this company and as with the comment below, I am also biting my lip that I have to give them one star.
