Excellent!! would recommend

After having a nightmare with another company from Leicester; i stumbled upon this company who i have to say did exactly what they said they was going to do!! Fast delivery, extremely helpful delivery driver who phoned when he was 1hr away managed to combined two orders when comet messed up my order have nothing negative to say!!

extremely satisfied customer!!!



was a bit worried about doing online shopping, but i have to say Asda was excellent the driver was early, friendly and helpful!

i am looking forward to my next visit from them!

Avoid!! nearly 9 weeks still no refund

My experience with the company is near enough word for word what everyone else who has had negative things to say about this company, it is truly shocking!!

my machine broke down, so i ordered a hotpoint washing machine on the 6th of jan from them, was told that they was waiting for supplier delivery and should get my appliance the following delivery, no communication regarding this; so phoned on the monday was told problem with the supplier would be an additional week..waited no delivery or communications from them so i decided to cancel my order was told need to be done in writing or email this is where the merry-go round begins!

I cancelled my order the 24th of jan was told it would take 30 days but is normally done quicker than that within 14 days for my refund 14 days no refund contacted them by phone was told according to their terms and conditions it is 30 working days (checked the consumer regulations the law states 30 days from cancellation) gave them the additional time still no refund have contacted them every few days since and have been told the refund will be done the following week still no refund...then am told the refund department is not in/finishes at 2pm/popped out/busy at the moment or will return my call...all which has not happened! 13th of March and i still have not received my refund!

Phoned again to be told that my cancellation email was placed near the bottom of the pile, was given a meaningless apology and was told that the refund would be process that Thursday (15th) and should be in my bank the following week....surprise surprise no money refunded..called on the Thursday morning was told i would get a call back later on as she had to check what was going phone call phoned back on friday told the same thing no phone call!!

Finally on Tuesday was told that apparently there was a problem and that their bank said the refund had be processed and they don't know why it hadn't shown up yet!!

they promised it will be in my account on the 29th of March i am not holding my breath!! I also have been in contact with my bank who are in the process of getting my money back through their chargeback scheme which i should have never had to do!!

companies like this one should be ashamed of themselves, and like others i have been in contact with trading standards to make sure they are held accountable for their dreadful antics and service; not all online companies are like them.
