John Lewis

Miss informed me at first but then came to a satisfactory conclusion

spent over £1000 on a surface pro 2 device less than a month old and because ive also used the Tech support from microsoft they are now saying it's microsofts issue not theirs.

kept me on the phone for an hour before tell me where to go....

the only reason I use them is because of their supposed good customer service.

Then after speaking with citizens advice who informed under the sale of goods act 1974 they had no right to inform me this and that it was incorrect.

I tried John Lewis again and this time I got a profuse apology, they even sent me a brand sealed item as replacement before I had returned the other as good will.

so my faith has been restored :-)

Just the best service I've ever used

They always deliver in the one hour window That alone is worth paying extra for.

But you get what you pay for, their tech support actually tend to know what they are talking about which makes a change.

Their delivery service (DPD) are awesome as I know within an hour when I need to be in. (priceless)

But all in all along with overclockers they are the best for me at the moment.

Ok such a shame they use Yodel

I'll start by saying I used too give ebuyer 4 stars, they have competitive pricing.

but after their change to yodel i had to use another supplier as yodel are hit and miss at best.

I have Edited this reply and upgraded my original rating from 2 to 3 as the RMA has now been dealt with,

however until a choice of couriers is available I can not really recommend due to only using Yodel.

Ok unless you need to return an item...... Beware

I'll start by saying I used too give ebuyer 4 stars, they have competitive pricing.

but after their change to yodel i had to use another supplier as yodel are hit and miss at best.

But' their RMA system is a joke I returned an two item's to them a week ago it has just sat in the "arrived" state for a week and when I called I was told it would it would be dealt with in 3 to 5 days.

When I informed them it was already a week I was then told they were a bit busy and and they weren't sure when it would be dealt with. when I asked for at least an outside time frame so I could tell the person whom I was building the PC for how long they just hopefully this week but no guarantee's !!

totally unacceptable

I know I may pay a little extra using one of the other large electronics suppliers but I dont have these issues.

sad that a company I once liked and recommended has dropped so far.

lord knows when or if ill get my RMA processed.

Hargroves Cycles LTD

AWESOME service

shame others don't offer the same service you guys do.

i ordered my bike but it was packed a day later than promised, hargoves apologized and put onto a Saturday delivery for free

first class service will definitely use again after a brief usage of another company i realize now the value of service like this.

AVOID!!

Not only did they send my item up and down the country.

they failed to make the delivery time by a few days

were totally inflexible

the first customer services rep told me i would get a call back - never did

the second person was just rude, plus their claims procedure is a joke, absolutely shocking for a supposed flagship service.

Always Riding

Best cycle specific company i've dealt in over 20 years.

Pete at always riding should have a gold medal in customer service! really nice and easy to deal with if there is ever an issue they sort it.
Delivery is always fast, with a return ticket pre paid to boot... so if there's a problem i just stick it the bag and back in the post. perfect, a lot of other companies should take a leaf from their book.

Be aware... very poor customer service

I ordered a £200 monitor from the website showing as 10 in stock.
payment went through and order showed as completed.
after one day i called to enquire why it had not shipped, only to be told "we no longer stock that item?"
i asked for a refund and was told "i'll get that done straight away"
after a few hours i called back to again enquire why the refund had not been dealt with as promised?
i was then told it would be done by the end of the day, i explained that it was not my fault the web page had an incorrect stock level showing and that i needed the money back urgently to source stock elsewhere.
still no refund has been forthcoming??
i have again called to enquire and have been told it has been done!
it certainly has not.
my account at protechshop is still showing as the order complete...??
steer well clear

had to open a dispute with paypal, nightmare
