I ordered a bed and mattress in November and agreed a delivery date for the end of December. I ended up with three failed deliverys that resulted in my new bed being delivered until march! Three months late! Store couldn't help but tried their best while customer service was the worst I've ever seen. I was on hold for 45 minutes and when I finally got hold of someone they were useless.
