Awful

They have had my package for 2 weeks according to their website, and I haven't heard anything, no signs that they have tried to deliver.

When I email them i get an auto response telling me to contact the retailer. When I phone (the number wasnt on their website, I had to search the web to find it) they do not answer.

Avoid at all costs.
