Every effort is made to ensure all items are delivered in perfect condition. The majority of deliveries are carried out by our own delivery team, however on occasion smaller items are dispatched through reputable courier companies. We fully insure all items up until the point of successful delivery however we are not able to insure items once in the possession of the customer as accidents can and do happen after point of delivery. Unfortunately on this occasion the item was accepted and signed for in good condition and as such the responsibility of the items has passed to the customer and our insurance ceases.

We recommend anyone who receives any item from ourselves or any other company which is clearly damaged (i.e. smashed into thousands of pieces) to refuse the delivery, or at least sign for the item as Damaged.
