Good price & outstanding communications

The item I ordered was out of stock. The communications concerning its delivery date was excellent. Every effort was made to keep me informed of expected delivery date, and the offer was at each stage repeated that I could cancel if delivery was too late


Delivery administration was tiresome

Happy with the end result, but delivery was hard work - they copied over the wrong delivery address and it took a lot of time to eventually get them to deliver to the correct address.

We are very sorry that not all of the delivery information was copied on to the label. We will have to investigate with DPD into their automatic labelling system. The shipping address is imported from your order so we will look into why some of the information was missed.
